What to Expect During the Procedure
Jeuveau is administered at our immaculate, state-of-the-art South Florida practice by a trained and credentialed practitioner. Although injections are not typically considered painful, a topical anesthetic is available for anyone who requests it. Once the patient is comfortable, Jeuveau is injected into the target points that correspond to your predetermined treatment plan. The entire process takes fewer than 20 minutes, and patients can return to work or school right away.
Recovery
Jeuveau is non-surgical and non-invasive, so you will be able to resume most of your normal activities immediately after your session. However, you will need to avoid touching, rubbing, scratching, or disturbing the treated areas, as this can lead to infection or cause the product to migrate. You should remain in an upright position for 4 to 6 hours after your injections and avoid exercise for 24 hours in order to give your treatment time to settle properly. Side effects after Jeuveau are minimal, but may entail some minor swelling, bruising, and redness that lasts up to one week.

What are the possible side effects of Jeuveau?
As long as an experienced, vetted practitioner with the proper credentials is performing your injections, there is little risk of complications. How long will my Jeuveau results last?
