“I like to treat my patients like family. I want them to understand that I really do care about their complaints and that I'm here to listen to them. I also always make sure that they fully understand what they have and what their options are. I know how frightening a new diagnosis can be, even for something simple, if you don't understand what is wrong and what the next step needs to be. I want my patients to be confident and comfortable with their treatment.”
